2017考研基礎階段已進入尾聲，緊張刺激的暑期階段也就是強化階段即將閃亮登場?？墒怯H愛的同學們，跨考教育英語教研室張瑩老師想問一句，你們真的準備好迎接它了嗎?就拿單詞而言，大綱詞匯有過了一遍嗎?真題的詞匯有看過出現的形式嗎?
其實，我們都知道英文的單詞通常包含有前綴、后綴和詞根三部分。前綴改變詞義，后綴改變詞性，詞根表達最基本的含義。詞根部分很多都基本是我們學過的一些基礎詞匯，所以在學習單詞時，若能掌握一定的前后綴的知識，然后結合詞根部分的基本含義，那么背單詞將容易很多，同時許多單詞的意思也可以進行大膽猜測。
就拿unpredictability這個詞來說(1995年第五篇文章)，詞根部分是dict,和“說”有關，pre是前綴，表示“前面”，前面還有一個表示否定的前綴un, 后面的ability是一個后綴，表示“某種能力”，通常翻譯為“可...性”，所以，綜合看來，這個單詞的意思就是“不可提前說出來的特性”，就是“不可預測性”。還比如，知道normal 是 “正常的”，ab-是否定前綴，那么abnormal 就是“不正常的”。但是請注意，這個單詞使用的時候，如果指人的話，通常指的是“變態的”，所以要慎用。
因此，為了幫考生度過背單詞，猜詞義的難關，跨考教育英語教研室張瑩老師特意為大家總結了大綱中出現的使用頻率比較高的49個前綴，希望能助廣大考生一臂之力。
1.anti- 相反的， antiwar, antimatter, antinuclear
2. auto-自動的， automatic， autobiography
3. ab- 相反，變壞，離去 abnormal，abuse，abandon，abolish
4. bi- 兩個， bicycle, bilingual, biweekly
5. by- 在旁邊，副的 byproduct, byroad
6. co-共同，一起 coauthor, cooperate, coexist
7.counter-相反 counteract, counterattack, contrary, contrast,
8. dis- 否定，相反或相對 disagree，disadvantage, dishonest
9. de-否定，去掉，減少，離開 devalue，deforestation， decode
10.em-用在b.p.前，使…進入狀態 embody, empower,
11. ex- 前，前任 ex-wife, ex-president
12. extra- 額外的，外部的 extraordinary extracurricular
13. en- 使…進入狀態 endanger, enlarge
14. fore- 前，提前，預先 forearm, forewarn, forecast
