                                                                          導師簡介:

                                                                          徐丹, 博士, 副研究員,碩士生導師

                                                                          2007年本科畢業于西北大學生命科學與技術基地班, 2010年西北大學獲細胞生物學碩士,2015年在中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所獲細胞生物學博士。2015年福州大學生物科學與工程學院生命科學研究所助理研究員,2020福建醫科大學神經科學研究院副研究員。在國內外主流學術雜志發表論文20篇,其中第一作者/通訊作者(含共同)11篇。曾獲得中國科學院地奧獎學金、益海嘉里優秀博士生獎、恒源英才獎等多個獎項;2019年獲福州大學青年教師勵志獎。目前作為遺傳雜志審稿人、國家自然科學基金函評專家。

                                                                          主要研究方向

                                                                          主要從事神經發育疾病及其病理機制的研究。該實驗室主要利用子宮內胚胎電轉技術(IUE)研究新腦皮層發育過程中神經前體細胞的增殖、分化及神經院的遷移過程。同時利用時空特異性敲除策略分析基因敲除小鼠的生長發育過程及行為學特征來進一步研究神經發育疾病的病理機制。
